Rapid translation of the
YourTrack systems in primary
healthcare nationwide

The Tracking Cube is a ready for translation, holistic co-designed solution to monitor child health and neurodevelopment in primary healthcare, with embedded digital tools that guide ongoing screening, early and accurate diagnosis and support for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. This project will extend what we have learned about managing FASD in primary care, to other neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, learning disorders.

Using a stepped-wedge cluster randomised implementation trial, this MRFF funded project (MRRART000043) evaluates the useability and acceptability of the YourTrack systems across 7 primary healthcare centres across the country.

We aim to:

  • Scale and integrate the Tracking Cube into seven diverse Australian primary healthcare sites by embedding it within existing digital practice management software, enhancing early neurodevelopmental identification and triage.
  • Co-design and localise the Tracking Cube platform and training materials in partnership with First Nations communities and clinical partners to ensure cultural and contextual relevance across regions.
  • Develop and validate a commercialisation model for sustainable national implementation, including licensing structures and AI-powered data-informed decision support tools.

The outcome will be a defined and validated commercial pathway for rapidly translating the YourTrack systems into routine primary healthcare nationwide, enabling earlier diagnosis and improved, proactive treatment for children.
